Nutrition numbers come from Chipotle's published US nutrition chart (PDF dated OCT-2024, file named March 2025), checked October 28, 2026. Menu data can change and portions vary: check the official nutrition guide at chipotle.com before you rely on a number, especially if you have a food allergy. How does a fast food macro calculator work for a Chipotle meal?

To calculate macros for a Chipotle meal, add up the protein, carbs and fat of every ingredient you order. The Chipotle macro calculator above does it as you tap: add a protein, rice, beans, salsa and toppings, and the sticky bar shows calories, protein, carbs, fat and sodium for the whole meal.

Chipotle does not sell a fixed bowl. You choose each ingredient, and each one has its own numbers for a standard serving. The total is a plain sum, so you can do it by hand, but a calculator saves the arithmetic and the typos.

Tap an item to add one serving, use + and − for more or less, and press Clear to start again. The calorie figure is the one printed in the chain's chart, not an estimate rebuilt from the macros, so it can differ slightly from 4, 4 and 9 calories per gram.

Which items can I add?

The proteins (chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, sofritas), white or brown rice, black or pinto beans, fajita vegetables, salad mix, four salsas, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, queso, the vinaigrette, burrito and taco tortillas, and chips with larger queso and guacamole sides.

What are Chipotle bowl macros: calories, protein, carbs and fat?

A chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa and cheese comes to 655 calories and 50 g of protein using the numbers in Chipotle's published chart. Your own total depends on what you pick and how much of it you get, which is why the calculator lets you set a quantity per item.

Example meals built from the chart (standard servings)
MealCaloriesProteinCarbsFat
Chicken, white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, cheese65550 g67 g20.5 g
Chicken burrito: tortilla, chicken, white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, cheese97558 g117 g29.5 g
Double chicken, black beans, fajita vegetables, fresh tomato salsa53573 g31 g15.5 g

The burrito row shows what the tortilla adds on its own: 320 calories and 50 g of carbs for the burrito-size flour tortilla. A bowl skips it. The salad option swaps rice for supergreens, which are only 15 calories per serving, but the vinaigrette is 220 calories, so a dressed salad is not automatically light.

Used as a Chipotle calorie calculator, the running bar gives a calorie total for the whole order alongside protein, carbs, fat and sodium. The fast food calorie calculator view is simply the calorie figure in that same bar.

How do I build a high-protein Chipotle order?

For the most protein per calorie, pick chicken: 4 oz is 180 calories and 32 g of protein. Steak gives 21 g for 150 calories, barbacoa 24 g for 170, carnitas 23 g for 210 and sofritas 8 g for 150. Adding a second serving of chicken is the quickest way to raise protein.

Protein choices per 4 oz serving, from the chart
ProteinCaloriesProteinFatSodium
Chicken18032 g7 g310 mg
Steak15021 g6 g330 mg
Barbacoa17024 g7 g530 mg
Carnitas21023 g12 g450 mg
Sofritas1508 g10 g560 mg

Beans add 8 g of protein for 130 calories, and the rice adds only 4 g, so beans do more for protein than rice. Cheese adds 6 g of protein for 110 calories. To compare your total with a daily goal, the army height weight calculator and the percentage calculator help with the arithmetic.

Where does the fast food macro calculator get its numbers?

Every number comes from Chipotle's own published US nutrition chart, a PDF on chipotle.com, which we checked on October 28, 2026. We did not use third-party sites or estimates. Items whose rows could not be read cleanly are left out rather than guessed.

The chart lists each ingredient with a serving size, calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein and sodium. The PDF itself is labeled OCT-2024 and its file name says March 2025. Chipotle says it may update the chart and that its website holds the latest figures, so a newer menu item or recipe change may not be here yet.

Where the chart prints "< 1" for a value, the calculator counts it as zero. Drinks, kids menu items and the romaine lettuce row are not included. This page covers Chipotle only. Other chains, including Dunkin, are not listed because their official data could not be checked reliably, and we do not fill gaps from memory or from other sites.

Why might my real meal differ from the total?

Your real meal can differ because the chart lists standard servings, and an actual scoop can be lighter or heavier. Chipotle itself notes that portion size, recipes and ingredient sources can change the nutrition. Treat the total as a close estimate, not a measurement of the exact food in your hands.

  • Portion size: a generous scoop of rice or a double portion of cheese is more than one serving. Use the + button for those.
  • Menu changes: recipes and items change over time, and the chart is a snapshot.
  • Local differences: offerings vary by location.
  • Allergens: this tool does not list allergens. Ask the restaurant or use the allergen guide on chipotle.com if you have an allergy or dietary restriction.

This calculator is for general information and is not medical or diet advice. If you manage a health condition, ask a qualified professional how to use the numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Which chains does the fast food macro calculator cover?

Right now it covers Chipotle (US menu). We only add a chain when its own official nutrition data can be fetched and checked, so a chain that is missing has not passed that test yet.

Is there a Dunkin calorie calculator here?

Not yet. We could not retrieve Dunkin's official nutrition guide reliably, and we do not use third-party sites or memory for numbers. If Dunkin's data can be verified later, it will be added with its source and date.

How accurate is this Chipotle macro calculator?

It adds the figures from Chipotle's published chart exactly, so the arithmetic is exact. Real meals vary with scoop size, recipe changes and location, so treat the total as an estimate and check chipotle.com for current data.

Does the total include sodium?

Yes, the total includes sodium. The bar shows sodium in milligrams next to calories, protein, carbs and fat. It is summed from the sodium value printed for each ingredient in the chart.

What do light and extra portions change?

This tool has no light or extra setting because the chart does not define one. Use the + and − buttons to add whole servings instead, for example two servings of chicken for a double portion.

Does the calorie total come from the macros?

No. Calories are the values printed in the chart for each ingredient. Multiplying grams by 4, 4 and 9 can give a slightly different number because of rounding and fiber.

Is this medical or diet advice?

No. It is an information tool built from a restaurant's published data. It does not know your health, allergies or goals. Talk to a doctor or dietitian for personal advice.

Does the calculator store or send my meal?

No. It runs in your browser, makes no network requests and does not save your choices. Copy meal puts a text summary on your clipboard if you want to keep it.
